We use 925 BIS Hallmarked Sterling Silver for high quality and authenticity. Our jewelry features real gemstones and rhodium plating for durability and shine.
How do you ensure your jewelry is sustainable?

We create our jewelry in small, limited batches to minimize waste. We don't mass produce to keep prices low, as it also lowers quality. Our pieces are designed to last forever, not end up in a landfill.
Is your jewelry safe for sensitive skin?

Yes, our jewelry is completely nickel-free, making it hypoallergenic and safe for sensitive skin. No green stains, no allergies.
How do I care for my Suramyah jewellery?

Rhodium plating ensures long-lasting shine with minimal effort. If you find the jewellery has some visible fingerprints or dirt, you can simply clean it with soap and water.
When will my order arrive?

We process and ship orders within 1-3 business days. Delivery usually takes 5-7 business days across India. You'll get a tracking number once your order is shipped. Currently, we only ship within India.
How can I return a defective item?
